Oh man, you scared me! Your message was right next to one by fj on my friends page, and you don't have a picture, so at first I thought he was complaining about the chili being too hot. You see, I packed chili in his lunch today. But since he likes chili mild, I made it really, really, really, really mild; I couldn't imagine how it got hot all of a sudden.
Then I looked more closely at the layout of the page. *Whew!*
So, do you like it hot? I.e., was this a complaint, or praise?
Mung beans *and* chili: a very synchronicitous day.
I like rather spicy chili, but this was a bit more than my preferred level of heat. I put in all the hot peppers I'd gotten at the farm pickup (a couple of handfuls), and added some powdered heat, too.... perhaps I shouldn't've added that last.
OTOH, Queue likes it, and there are probably some other heat demons out there who would enjoy it....
