Farm share week 2, mushrooms week 4

In this week's box:

• two large green leaf lettuces
  
• a bunch of basil
  
• a huge bunch of tatsoi (with longer stems than I've seen before)
  
• a bunch (six) of new red beets with their greens
  
• a big bunch of scallions
  
• three medium purple kohlrabi
  
• four large-ish zucchini and two small summer squashes
  
• two small heads of green cabbage
  
• crimini mushrooms

First thoughts: saute beet and kohlrabi greens. Some kind of Asian-themed saute with tatsoi. A bunch of green salad with lettuce, basil, scallions. Roasted squash or maybe relish. Maybe beet-cabbage relish.
