Happy palindromic year!

Shana tova to all those celebrating, and I hope 5775 brings much happiness and growth.

Farm share, week 16

• one enormous head of green cabbage
  
• one large beet (I chose red over chioggia)
  
• two pounds of yellow onions
  
• a pint of multi-colored mini bell peppers
  
• a bunch of dandelion greens
  
• a bunch of Swiss chard (I chose multi-colored)
  
• a head of lettuce (I chose a big Boston-esque one with partly-red leaves)
  
• a half pint of cherry tomatoes (I chose yellow/orange ones0
  
• half a pound of salad mix

So, salad, obviously, with tomatoes and peppers. Greens are likely to be cooked with onions and garlic.
