First thoughts: green salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and corn. stir-fried onion-carrot-broccoli with tofu over brown rice. sauteed chard with onions and tomatoes with tandoori seasoning.
- a bunch of chard (I chose rainbow over all yellow or all red)
- two long dark Asian eggplants
- a medium-small purple cabbage
- three onions: one white, one red, one Ailsa Craig
- eight medium slicing tomatoes
- two large or eight to twelve small heirloom tomatoes (I chose small)
- a head of lettuce (I chose a red-tipped Boston-shaped one)
- six ears of corn
- two large red beets
- a stalk of broccoli
- two carrots (I chose an orange one and a purple-skinned one)
- three pickling cucumbers
- a mini watermelon (it's about the size of a big grapefruit)
