Red Fire Farm again this year.

  • a bunch of cilantro (given away)
  • a small head of frisee
  • a bunch of spinach
  • two heads of lettuce (I chose one Boston and one red leaf)
  • five ounces of salad mix
  • a pound of parsnips (yay!)
  • a bunch of green garlic (plus an extra, since I went late and there were lots)
  • four ounces of beet thinnings (baby beet greens and their barely-there beets)
  • small bunch of Hakurei turnips

First thoughts: sauteed greens with eggs and onions (or possibly with brown rice, walnuts, and feta), lots of salad, parsnips with butter and cider vinegar.
