Farm share, week 1

First thoughts: sauteed greens with eggs and onions (or possibly with brown rice, walnuts, and feta), lots of salad, parsnips with butter and cider vinegar.
- a bunch of cilantro (given away)
- a small head of frisee
- a bunch of spinach
- two heads of lettuce (I chose one Boston and one red leaf)
- five ounces of salad mix
- a pound of parsnips (yay!)
- a bunch of green garlic (plus an extra, since I went late and there were lots)
- four ounces of beet thinnings (baby beet greens and their barely-there beets)
- small bunch of Hakurei turnips
