Food made for Shabbat

- tzimmes: carrots, sweet potato, prunes, some grape juice, some lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey baked together
- not-shepherd's-pie: sauteed eggplant and mushrooms with fresh oregano, bits of salt-cured black olives, and ricotta, baked with oregano-flavored biscuits on top
- vegan gingerbread
Also started a batch of sauerkraut, and baked buttercup squash to be frozen for later.
