Which is for salad and for salsa; this week has included three of each.

Salads (all produce local):
  1. Red tomato, lemon cucumber, red pepper, feta, mayo, black pepper.
  2. Roasted summer squash and red onion atop red tomato and feta.
  3. Corn cut off the cob, diced nectarine, chives, a few leaves from the porch, feta, black pepper.

Obviously, feta is my salad cheese of choice :-)

Salsas (ditto on the produce):
  1. Tomatillo salsa (1 pint canned).
  2. Tomato and pepper salsa (3 pints canned).
  3. Nectarine and tomato salsa (6 pints canned).

Nectarines are so awesome this year. I don't know why, but when I have a peach, it's pleasant enough, but nectarines make me happy.
