Shabbat dinner

- chipotle hummus, olives
- steamed broccoli
- roasted cauliflower and two colors of zucchini (green and gold)
- mint cucumber salad with feta and lemon zest
- green salad with red leaf lettuce, mesclun, chives, marigolds, hearts of palm, slivered almonds, and garlic croutons
- vaguely Indian-style greens with paneer (I sauteed garlic scapes and some baby red onions with their scallions in olive oil with curry powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, and ginger powder, then added lacinato kale and spinach. Once they'd cooked, I crumbled in the paneer, and now they're getting friendly.)
- lemon meringue ice cream with strawberry sauce
All that's left for me to do is assemble the green salad, set the table, and shower (not necessarily in that order), plus chuck things that are out of place somewhere out of sight before people arrive.
