Shabbat food

- flatbreads with flaxseed meal*
- melon with some orange and a bit of mint
- green salad with cucumber, tomato, and feta, with a balsamic vinaigrette
- hard-boiled eggs (they might go in the green salad too)
- new potato and green bean salad with mustard vinaigrette
- corn and tomato salad
- roasted cauliflower
- roasted zucchini
- spicy eggplant
- fruit crumble (peaches, nectarines, plums, and blueberries
It's all done except the green salad (oh, and picking the mint). Time for a shower.
(And if I feel like it, I might make a cucumber salad tomorrow.)
* Which is to say, I started bread dough far too late to make loaves.
