Some productive evening...

Last night I

• dropped off film for developing
  
• got tickets
  
• folded and put away two loads of laundry
  
• started a third load of laundry
  
• finished my taxes (except for photocopying)
  
• put away all the dry dishes
  
• washed all the dirty dishes
  
• conquered a small stack of paper (it didn't fight back much)
  
• made dinner, involving my first attempt to use TVP

There's still more to be done (notably, bills to be paid), but this was a good start. And I got to bed early, too.

Bills are all paid. Huzzah for automatic debiting and online bill-paying; I had to write only a few checks, and those were for annual things rather than monthly.
Oh, and the taxes are out the door, too.

What I learned on my commute

Someone with MA plate EL SID works at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, which seems appropriate.

Someone with MA plate EDIT TV works in the next set of buildings to mine... but not at the WCVB-TV station just across the tracks from my office.


Oh, and in the "mean people suck" category: someone spray-painted over a big chunk of the floral mural on the side of the florist's. Stupid inconsiderate [mutter angrily].
