Veggies, week 8

We seem to be solidly into full vegetable season, not just leaves. Hooray. The box this week contained:

• a fat dark purple eggplant
  
• a big bunch of purslane
  
• a medium bag of green beans
  
• a smallish bunch of mixed salad greens, which seem to include mizuna
  
• 5 small summer squashes
  
• 14 small-to-medium-small new red potatoes
  
• 2 biggish cucumbers
  
• a smallish head of red cabbage
  
• a bunch of what looks like baby bright lights Swiss chard
