oh i LOVE baby bok choi.

I'm excited to use it, because while I like bok choi, often farm shares send Way Too Much, while this is perfect for a side dish or as part of a larger dish (possibly with some of last week's Napa cabbage).

Baby bok choi is perfect -- the right size to use the whole thing for a person or two.

That's a lot of carrots!
