Farm share, week 2

• two solidly-packed bags of mixed salad greens (and reds :-)
  
• two bunches of green kale (edit: or what I parsed as kale, but according to the newsletter, is collards; whoops /edit)
  
• two bunches of scallions
  
• two bunches of beautiful red beets with greens (and not tiny ones, either, full-sized beets already!)
  
• a small summer squash and a small zucchini
  
• two bulbs of fennel (medium-small)
  
• some garlic scapes
