Farm share, week 7

• a bunch of carrots with greens
  
• a pound and a half of beets (which in this case, is two, one large, one smaller)
  
• two heads of lettuce
  
• a head of radicchio
  
• a bunch of collards
  
• a bunch of lacinato kale
  
• one biggish onion
  
• a large-ish eggplant
  
• a bunch of cilantro (traded with someone for their eggplant)
  
• two small summer squash (and someone else gave me theirs, so it's almost enough for a squash dish)

I had been hoping for more tomatoes, since we got them last week. Ah, well.
