Farm share, week 5

First thoughts: stir-fried broccoli and carrots with marinated tofu over brown rice; cole slaw; sauerkraut; sauteed greens with walnuts, lemons, and feta; green salad with cucumber; possibly pesto.
- a medium-small head of green cabbage
- a pound of carrots
- a bunch of golden beets with greens
- four tiny beets with their greens
- a cucumber
- a head of radicchio
- a bunch of little onions (I chose white over red in the hope they'll last longer)
- a substantial stalk of broccoli
- a head of lettuce (I chose a cute ruffly Boston-ish one)
- a bunch of kale or collards (I chose the latter over curly kale)
- a bunch of basil
- bonus for going late (= less choice): an extra stalk of broccoli, an extra bunch of basil, and three extra heads of green cabbage
