Shabbat dinner menu
Aug. 28th, 2011 09:04 am- a loaf of wheat bread and sesame-covered rolls from When Pigs Fly, grape juice
- hummus
- ratatouille (eggplant, peppers (palest yellow, purple, green), tomatoes, onions, and garlic, also some black pepper)
- soy sausage sliced up and sauted with napa cabbage, onions, cinnamon-ginger applesauce (from last fall), black pepper, and the vinegar left over from a jar of pickled peaches (ie, sweetened and cinnamon-y)
- green salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and olives
- Trader Joe's frozen fruit bars (eaten on the porch :-)
