+ flights for a brief family trip to CA next month finalized

+ early Hanuka present from the parents: a new down winter coat
+ winter share pantry soup: onions, garlic, carrots, sweet potato, lacinato kale, calypso beans, little white beans, roman beans, hot sauce, fresh lavender leaves, miso, pepper
– time wasted online
+ six bags of paper recycling out of my life
+ finding unused traveler's checks from some trip years ago ($250!)
+ finding unused gift certificates
+ the satisfaction of getting some things I don't want to people who do (gifting economy brainspace is a good one for me, within limits)
+ stuff gotten off the old computer (thank you, Bubblebabble!)

+ much more in-person time with friends this week, making me realize how much that can contribute to my happiness
