I wrote this once, and it got lost somewhere. Annoying. No time now for the chattier bits :-(

  • wine, white wheat challah with multigrain flakes and flaxseed meal, sweetened with agave
  • soup: onion, garlic, carrot, sweet potato, turnip, celeriac, lacinato kale, a touch of hot sauce, and a turkey neck
  • hummus
  • turkey roasted with onions, garlic, butternut squash, sweet potato, and sage and fresh lavender leaves
  • spicy eggplant and mushrooms
  • sauerkraut with daikon and carrots
  • green salad: mesclun, cucumber, and pink grapefruit with a chipotle mustard-lime dressing
  • apricot chocolate cake (vegan chocolate cake with added apricot liqueur)
  • fruit compote: apples, cranberries, dried apricots, raisins, and agave (to have a wheat-free, low-glycemic-index sweet-ish thing)
  • tea, honey cookies (bought), apricot liqueur, dried fruit

Everything's done but the salad.
