+ job confirmed!
– thermostat died
+ replacement thermostat has each day separately programmable
+ new thermostat installed
– ...except that something isn't right, since the heat doesn't actually come on: I'll happily bribe someone who has a greater clue than I to come and look at it, since being in an apartment that's ranging from 56-58 F is getting (c)old fast
– no more bulk veggie orders available from the farm (I don't think I got nearly enough, unfortunately)
– drill bits gone AWOL
+ biked to gaming
+ continuing process of getting things sorted and reorganized around the house (even managing to deaccession some stuff :-)
+ Aurelia's Oratorio, free even
+ free book from LibraryThing
+ winter share pickup
+ end of season farm meeting
– ... on Shabbat evening (I did mention how inconvenient this is for some shareholders)

It is cold out! Have you been able to figure out the thermostat situation? I would have likely forgotten something silly like turning back on the furnace.

It's definitely cold out!

The furnace was on, so it wasn't that. In the end, I caved, and paid far too much money to a professional. I watched what he did, and it wasn't anything obviously wrong with what I'd done, so... I guess I just don't have enough house fu, or something.
