- sweet potatoes roasted with black pepper and cumin
- roasted cauliflower and onions
- stir fried leeks, oyster mushrooms, brown beech mushrooms, chard, pea pods, fresh water chestnuts, ground turkey, and Szechuan spicy sauce
- brown rice, black barley, and radish seeds
- steamed broccoli
