Shabbat dinner

Not enough green. If I get a burst of energy in the next half hour, I could make some broccoli...
Oh, and yesterday was another turkey sighting.
- rolls, grape liquid
- leftover soup with eggs poached in it
- roasted potatoes and cauliflower with onions (er, what's left of them after an afternoon snack...)
- baked sweet potatoes
- shoulder steak with caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms
- slices of citrus

Date: 2008-01-15 05:36 pm (UTC)The leftover shoulder steak with onions and mushrooms turned into nice salad with halved grape tomatoes and bits of bread (absent other starches, like lentils).
The broccoli was not made; it was used Sunday for a last-minute one-dish dinner.
