And all that citrus, just when I thought I was getting a handle on it all: the fruit bin is now full.
- a bunch of three large beets with greens
- a head of romaine lettuce
- a bunch of scallions
- a slightly battered eggplant
- four smallish summer squash
- eight small to medium white potatoes
- three ears of corn (!?)
- two large globe artichokes
- two small pink grapefruit
- six tiny tangelos
- five Valencia oranges
- three largish blood oranges
