Shabbat menu
May. 5th, 2006 06:03 pm- challah (white flour with oat bran, flaxseed meal, multigrain flakes)
- wine/grape juice
- green salad (mixed baby greens, scallions, home-made croutons (with the last of last week's challah))
- spicy sausages with red cabbage, apples, and onions, along with cider vinegar, black pepper, fennel seeds, and whatever else sounds good at the last minute
- roasted eggplant, zucchini, tomato, and onion
- broiled pineapple
I was going to make other stuff (broccoli, spicy noodles, something to go with the pineapple), but I'm losing oomph.
