Boston Organics delivery
Apr. 5th, 2006 08:18 pmAgain, large box with two thirds veg, one third fruit. Must remember to change preferences so I don't get green beans or peas for the next two deliveries.
It's an odd assortment, somehow disparate. I was hoping for lots of onions, maybe some potatoes (sweet or white). Perhaps it's time to switch back to all veg.
- a head of cauliflower
- two bunches of broccoli (seven thin stalks)
- three bananas
- three largish zucchini
- five Red Bartlett pears
- a mango
- two navel oranges
- a small bag of snap peas (that I'm snacking on while I type)

Date: 2006-04-06 12:37 am (UTC)I'd not count on getting onions and potatoes; definitely get others as backup. Plus, there's never enough onions, even if you get them. Of course, I've been known to use more than three pounds of onions cooking for one Shabbat...
