• two paper bags of crimini mushrooms (half a pound?)
  
• a bunch of red chard
  
• a bunch of spinach
  
• two (smaller) bunches of basil (so unexpected, that fresh basil smell in January)
  
• three delicata squashes
  
• a bag of Yukon Gold potatoes (4-5 pounds)
  
• four medium zucchinis
  
• three sweet potatoes
  
• eight small chioggia beets (I tried these once, and didn't care for them. It was a long time ago; I'll try them again, especially since they're the only tie-dyed vegetable I know of.)
  
• six large onions
