Yeah, kiwi in baked goods doesn't quite appeal to me. I've heard of the non-gebroks folks making kiwi (and strawberry) ices for Pesach desserts. Don't know how this is done, however. Maybe peel and slice and freeze, then, when wanted, pulverize in blender/processor to make a granita?
