Limaçon
, which is a very pretty
graph
in polar coordinates (also rectangular), even though it looks like it should be a nice French soup with beans. Or a cold fizzy lemon drink in Spanish.

Ooh, that sounds lovely! I definitely don't know enough Turkish to comment linguistically, though.

Turkish uses the c with the cedille...
And one of my favorite dishes at a Turkish restaurant has those ingredients!

Dammit, I KNEW you were going to ask that!
I was so tired last night that I couldn't find it online, but I'm going to look now...
I know it starts with a K, and it's an appetizer... with tomatoes and pine nuts and pomegranate! And YUMMY!

I was wrong, it doesn't start with a K!
It's called ezme, and it's HEAVEN! On pita, you lose your mind!

Six of us go semi-annually to Ephesus, the wonderful Turkish restaurant in West Seattle, and to give you an idea how yummy ezme is?
Six of us?
We get TWO orders of it, and really could eat a third as well!
It's spicy and sweet and sour and just made of yum!
