wry challah
liquid grapes
gingery chicken soup
chicken baked with onion, carrot, and parsnip
steamed Brussels sprouts
green salad with jicama
yellow and red pepper roasted with broccoli
red Swiss chard sauteed with onion, mushroom, and portobello mushroom
fruit salad
prickly pear, in honor of the new year of the trees, Tu B'Shvat
sorbet

Yeah, but the chicken is cooked in carrots, and you have to avoid carrots.

BTW, you're allowed to eat Swiss chard as well.

The chicken is cooked on top of carrots, so hopefully is still reasonably uncontaminated.

Hrm. Chicken soup with carrots in it, though...

Well, really, it's rye (more than half rye, anyway). Just having fun.
