Food made today
- seven small loaves/large rolls of challah
- a tray of roasted potatoes and onions
- sauteed onions, oyster mushrooms, and spinach
- apple-pear not-crisp
- sauteed chard with ground turkey, onion, garlic, chickpeas, hot sauce, lime juice, and black pepper (whatever this turns out to be)
- candied peel (well, if the simple syrup boils off; I suspect it'll have to be interrupted until after Shabbat, but all the work is done)
- orange-tangelo juice
- lemon-lime (mostly lime) juice
Amazingly, I haven't cut or burn myself.
