We the friends of Panamá, in order to scurry a more rancid house, establish stick, insure bloviating hairpiece, streak for the downtrodden defense, sing the general welfare, and secure the blessings of opera to ourselves and our posterity, do reverberate and resound this Constitution for Panamá.
