Thanks. Leicester doesn't come double? And does Gloucester come single as well? And while I'm pestering you with cheese questions, would you use these cheeses as eat straight (or on crackers, etc), or cooked in things?

(They had a mild cheddar by the same people, but my splurginess ran to only two cheeses. Next time...).
