Noontime workout

Decided: it's unlikely I'll go to a midday gym class again. It's a rush to get there, the class is shorter, there's a rush for the showers, I don't get to cool down sufficiently. And I have to work later to make a full day. It's much better for me to go before (well, it could happen someday) or after work. At least the class was good.

Going this noon let me experience the joys of walking in ice pellets, though, and I got to appreciate the water-proofiness of my new workboots. Plus I got to see the long mechanical brusher they use to clear some of the sidewalks around here, which looked really cool.

I've not before seen "ice pellets" as a description before. Freezing rain was what I heard in forecasts.

But what I think of when I think of "ice pellets" is something that resembled small pieces of hail (Not that New England ever sees huge hail pieces), and would perhaps not technically be hail due to how it was formed.
