After 6 P.M.
Plus I have green salad fixings, honeydew melon, and cherries.
- Roasted a tray of cauliflower.
- Roasted a tray of eggplant and a summer squash.
- Made a batch of pear-peach chutney (not canned).
After 6 P.M.
- Started the first batch of sauerkraut of the year (green cabbage, plus some carrots and kohlrabi).
- Baked chicken thighs with six-grain-and-pumpkin-seed bread, chickpeas, and some of the aforementioned chutney.
- Stir-fried spicy ground turkey with onions, mushrooms, summer squash, a zucchini, and a bunch of purslane.
