I'm not a fan of most cholent, and won't eat the leftovers. So I don't make it. And somehow, though the idea of starting something in the morning and having something waiting in the evening is appealing, I've never gotten around to getting one. It's probably also a function of how most of the time I'm cooking for one, so even with building in leftovers, a crockpot of [something] is too much.
